What are the Big-ups made of?
Big-ups are thoughtfully crafted to provide comfort and protection as your child transitions to the next stage of independence. We’ve carefully designed these training pants to be free from parabens, BPA, phthalates, PFAS, fragrances, and lotions, so you can trust that your child’s sensitive skin is well-protected.
Top Sheet | Gentle Comfort
Made with non-woven fabric infused with shea butter, our top sheet offers a soft, soothing layer that keeps your child’s skin comfortable.
Inner Core | Absorption with Awareness
The inner core combines non-woven fabric, paper, and super absorbent polymer to effectively lock in moisture while still allowing your child to briefly feel wetness, helping them recognize when it’s time for a potty break. However, we understand that it’s not always possible to make it to the potty immediately after, which is why we’ve included a hyper-dry absorption feature to ensure your little one doesn't stay wet for long, preventing rashes and ensuring their comfort.
Back Sheet | Leak Prevention
A polyethylene film back sheet provides a strong barrier that helps prevent leaks, ensuring your child stays dry and secure.
Waist and Leg Bands | Snug Fit
The waist and leg bands, made from spandex and non-woven fabric, offer a snug and flexible fit that adapts to your child’s movements while helping to prevent leaks.
Design | Playful and Safe
We use water-based inks for our signature designs, ensuring they are safe for your child’s skin while adding a fun touch to the training process.
Tested for Your Little's Well-Being
Our diapers and training pants are meticulously tested by a third-party lab (SGS) to ensure their safety. These tests demonstrate that our products are either free from, have undetectable levels, or—where regulations apply—contain significantly lower levels of over 210 potentially harmful or toxic chemicals. Additionally, each piece of material that comes into contact with your baby’s skin undergoes clinical testing, including the Repeat Insult Patch Test (RIPT), for potential allergens and sensitivity. These tests, conducted by independent labs under the supervision of board-certified dermatologists, confirm that our products are hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin.

Do you have additional prints?
The prints on our website are current, however there are additional prints available in stores and online at Target. Please sign up for our email list to be amongst the first to know about additional releases.
Can I purchase the plush toys?
The Happy Hues crew plush toys are currently only available as a free gift to monthly subscribers. Please join our mailing list to be amongst the first to know if/when this changes.
How does the monthly bundle work?
Our monthly subscription option allows us to take care of you, while you take care of your little. Every 5 weeks we’ll recharge and ship 6 packs of Big-ups to your doorstep (or stoop).
Select your little’s size, choose your prints, and you’re all set! Full of happy. Free of hassle. Cancel anytime. Or skip a shipment in your dashboard whenever you need to.
To update your account, just click on the smiley face in the upper right corner and log in. There you’ll be able to update your name, size, address and prints (as more become available). You can also update your contact and billing information. If you need to skip a shipment or cancel, you can do so at any time!

Are Big-ups hypoallergenic?
Yes, Big-ups are hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested.
Are Big-ups made for overnight usage?
While many customers have raved about their experience using Big-ups overnight, Big-ups training pants are not currently constructed to absorb the amount of liquid a heavy wetter might release over a 8-12hr period while sleeping.
Should I buy Big-ups or diapers?
Big-ups are made for potty training toddlers. If your little is potty training and meets the minimum weight to ensure a good fit, then Big-ups could be great for your toddler. If your little isn’t potty training or doesn't meet the minimum weight required for Big-ups, our Go-Getters (sizes 4, 5 and 6) diapers could be a great solution.
Should I size up or down?
We understand sizing might be tricky. If you experience leaks it could be due to a size or fit issue. If the elastic cuff that surrounds your baby’s leg is loose, sizing down might be a better option. On the other hand, if the cuff is too tight and/or if your little’s bottom isn’t fully covered, it might be best to size up.

How are Cuddlers and Go-Getters different?
Beyond sizes, the primary difference between Cuddlers and Go-Getters lies in the materials used for the inner core, which affects the level of absorbency.
Cuddlers features a core made from paper, non-woven fabric, and super absorbent polymer. This combination is designed to efficiently lock in moisture, making it a great choice for smaller sizes where less absorbency is needed.
Go-Getters, on the other hand, has a core made from ECF (Elemental Chlorine-Free) wood pulp, non-woven fabric, and super absorbent polymer. The wood pulp provides a higher level of absorbency, which is particularly beneficial for larger diaper sizes as it helps keep your baby dry and comfortable for longer periods.
In essence, while both diapers are designed to offer excellent protection and comfort, Go-Getters are tailored to meet the increased absorbency needs of growing babies, making it ideal for larger sizes.

Are the wipes hypoallergenic?
Yes, Wipe Me Downs are hypoallergenic and dermatologists tested.
How many wipes come in a pack?
Currently, each individual pack of Wipe Me Downs consists of 84 wipes.
Is the wipes package resealable?
Yes, the wipes feature a resealable pop top which should be closed after each use.
Are the wipes for babies only?
Wipe Me Downs baby wipes were made with babies in mind, however, they’re great for all hands, faces, bodies and booties!
Do you offer free wipe samples?
While we don’t currently offer free wipe samples, Wipe Me Downs can be purchased in Target stores at just $6.99 for 168 wipes. Please check the store finder for locations near you and sign up for our mailing list to be the first to find out once free samples are available.
