What are the Big-ups made of?

Our Big-ups are made with a shea butter non-woven fabric (top sheet) for your child’s comfort.

A non-woven fabric and superabsorbent polymer (inner core) for absorption and lock liquid.

Polyethylene film (back sheet) which helps prevents leaks.

Spandex, non-woven fabric, and polyamide (waist and leg) for a snug fit.

They are free from parabens, fragrances and lotions and aren’t tested on animals. And our prints are created using water based inks.

We have partnered with one of the best OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified baby product manufacturers to ensure our products are carefully crafted with materials and manufacturing methods that prioritize the comfort and protection of your little.

How many pieces come per package?

One time purchases include the following pieces per pack per size:

2T-3T: 42 pieces
3T-4T: 38 pieces
4T-5T: 34 pieces

Monthly bundles include the following pieces per shipment per size:

2T-3T: 150 pieces
3T-4T: 132 pieces
4T-5T: 114 pieces

Do you have additional prints?

Our current prints include the Super Me and I Am affirmations. We are launching additional prints soon. Sign up for our email list to be amongst the first to know.

Can I purchase the plush toys?

The plush toys of our Happy Hues crew are currently only available as a free gift to monthly subscribers. We will update you via email when/if that changes.

Do you offer samples?

We don’t currently offer samples, but the one time purchase option is perfect for trying out the products.

When will my order ship?

All orders will begin shipping the week of February 27th, after which, one-time orders will ship within 3-5 business days and subscription orders will ship every 5 weeks.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $50 ship for free within the Contiguous US, this includes monthly bundles.

Orders under $50 ship for a flat fee of $5.95.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification along with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Once your package has been processed for shipment, we are unable to change the address and reroute your package. To reroute a package that is already in transit, please contact the carrier.

How can I create an account?

Click on the smiley face in the upper right corner to manage or create an account.

What can I do with an account?

In your account dashboard, you can view the status of your order, edit your name, email, password, address and billing information.

What happens if my little needs another size?

If your order doesn’t fit your little one, just send us an email at help@happyhues.com with your order number and our customer happiness team will help you initiate your exchange.

How can I return my order?

If you have an unopened package that you’d like to return for a refund, please email our customer service team at help@happyhues.com to process or for suggestions on where to donate to spread the happy hues cheer.

Can I purchase in person?

Currently, you can find your Happy Hues products on our website. We’ll keep you posted here when they’re in a store near you.

How does the monthly bundle work?

Our monthly subscription option allows us to take care of you, while you take care of your little. Every 5 weeks we’ll recharge and ship 6 packs of Big-ups to your doorstep (or stoop). Select your little’s size, choose your prints, and you’re all set! Full of happy. Free of hassle. Cancel anytime. Or skip a shipment in your dashboard whenever you need to.

To update your account, just click on the smiley face in the upper right corner and log in. There you’ll be able to update your name, size, address and prints (as more become available). You can also update your contact and billing information. If you need to skip a shipment or cancel, you can do so at any time!
